What?

Do you wish you could cut collaboration time in half? Do you feel confident you’re getting the best out of the group sessions you run?

Every other week, ‘Discovery Session’ will help you do just that. It’s for managers who want to ace the collaborative sessions they run in innovation, design and strategy.

A designated collaboration session is high stakes.

It’s not the day-in, day-out semi-productive meeting. Instead, a deliberate, planned collaboration session uses a structure and specific ways of working to leap-frog people into developing great new stuff-- innovative programs, co-created services, or new products.

It happens in real time at a fast pace. And you’re the host.

Participants are looking to you for the right kind of experience and result. ‘Discovery Session’ aims to help you make the best use of group time and get results that make a difference.

There’s never been more pressure to collaborate for innovation, so let Discovery Session help you do this thing.

When you subscribe to get this column regularly, you’ll be hearing about simple frameworks, practices and activities that add up to fancy results.

Who?

I’m Ann Thorpe, a facilitator helping groups work together intentionally to find opportunities, create new stuff or develop strategy. I bring the frameworks and ways of working, so your group can focus on their expertise to bring the results, whether in-person, hybrid or fully online.

Everyone has the challenge of innovating. Facilitation makes it easier to get started right, save time, and make a difference. Because of my background working in companies, startups, universities, consultancies and nonprofits, whatever your role, I know where you’re coming from, so I can help you ace this.
